Zendesk integration

Use Zendesk to create or update approved support/customer records from form results.

1. Select Integrations > Zendesk and authorize the intended Zendesk account.
2. Choose the destination resource and map permitted form fields.
3. Test record creation/update, requester identity, required fields, and failure handling with safe data.
