Reports

Use Open > Reports to find report resources. Reports can expose form and operational data, so report access, sharing, and export require the same care as Responses.

Safe procedure

1. Open Reports and select only an authorized test or read-only report.
2. Confirm the source data and recipient access before changing filters, widgets, or sharing.
3. Use non-sensitive test values to validate any report change.
4. Do not delete or overwrite a live report unless you have confirmed the change with its owner.
